पिपला ढुङ्गानाको (Pipala Dhungana) को जन्म सिन्धुपाल्चोक जिल्लाको बतासे गाविसमा भएको हो। न्युन मध्यम परिवारमा जन्मिएकी उनले विद्यालय स्तरको पढाई सिन्धुपाल्चोकबाट नै पुरा गरेकि हुन्।विद्यालय स्तरबाट नै साहित्यमा रुचि राख्ने उनी उच्चशिक्षा अध्ययनका लागि काठमाडौँ आइन् । बिभिन्न किसिमका साहित्यिक कार्यक्रमहरुमा भाग लिने, साहित्यिक पत्रिकाहरुमा आफना रचनाहरु प्रकाशित गर्ने गर्दै उनले आफ्नो अध्ययनलाई पनि अगाडि बढाइरहिन्। जिन्दगीलाई सकारात्मक र फरक आँखाबाट हेर्नुपर्छ भन्ने धारणा राख्ने उनले नेपाली साहित्यमा स्नातक सम्मको अध्ययन पुरा गरिन् भने राजनीति शास्त्रमा स्नातकोत्तर सम्मको अध्ययन पुरा गरेकि छिन्। त्यस्तै उनले कानुनमा पनि स्नातक गरेकी छिन्। यसका साथसाथै उनले चिनियाँ भाषाको पनि अध्ययन गरेकी छिन्। अध्यापन, भाषा अनुवाद र पथप्रदर्शनलाई आफ्नो पेशा बनाएकी उनी कथा, कविता, मुक्तक,गजल साथसाथै समसामयिक विषयमा लेखहरू पनि लेख्छिन्। साहित्यिक लेखन सँगै वाचनमा पनि उनको रुचि छ। प्राणी हित र कल्याणका पक्षमा वकालत गर्ने उनका रचनामा पनि त्यसको स्वाद पाइन्छ।
समाजमा रहेको कुरिती र विसङ्गतिका प्रति व्यङ्ग्यात्मक शैलीबाट आफ्नो कलम चलाउने उनी समानता र स्वतन्त्रतामा विश्वास राख्छिन्। पढाई र लेखाइका अलावा पनि उनीभित्र मान्छेको जीवन र जीवनशैलीलाइ नजिकैबाट नियाल्ने रहर छ। त्यसैले उनी आफुलाई फिरन्ते बताउँछिन्। किनकि घुम्न उनलाई निकै मनपर्छ। उनी भन्छिन् घुम्नु भनेको जीवन अनुभव गर्नु हो।हज्जारौँ पुस्तकले नदेखाउने जिन्दगीको भित्री रहस्य, बाँच्नुको गुदि चुरो वास्तविक जीवनसँग साक्षात्कार हुन पाएपछि मात्र मिल्छ।
Pipala Dhungana was born in Batase VDC of Sindhupalchok District, Bagmati Pradesh, Nepal. Born into a low-middle-class family, she completed her schooling in Sindhupalchowk. She had an interest in literature from the school level, and She came to Kathmandu for higher studies after finishing her SLC.
She participated in various literary programs and published her works in literary magazines while pursuing her higher studies. She has a bachelor’s degree in Nepali literature and a master’s degree in political science. She also got her LLB. She has also studied Chinese. She is also a qualified Tour Guide and translator in Chinese, English, and Hindi.
She writes Stories, Poems, MUKTAK, ghazals as well as articles on contemporary issues. She spends her time advocating for the welfare of animals. She believes in equality and freedom to write in a satirical manner against the evils and anomalies in society. Apart from reading and writing, she loves to take a closer look at people’s lives and lifestyles. As a wanderer, she loves to travel. She believes that wandering is about experiencing life. She is a simple and nature-loving creature and believes it’s worth building a better world. Let’s create a world that sustains future generations.
